The Board here at North Manchester Golf Club are working hard to keep moving our club forward and improve the overall experience for our customers. We are fully aware that we need to constantly adapt to meet expectations from the ever evolving golf environment and ensure the long-term sustainability of the club.
As a members club, our members are our priority and at the heart of everything we do. A thriving, satisfied and healthy membership is absolutely key to our club’s success. As a member, we value your loyalty and thank you for choosing North Manchester Golf Club.
I’m sure you’ll agree the Board must ensure that any decisions they make are in the best interests of the club and our members. In order to do this effectively, the Board must be fully informed and where possible, base decisions on facts.
As our key stakeholders, it is vitally important that we understand our member’s satisfaction levels in all areas of the club, in order to help us improve your experience. Please be assured, we as a Board, are very keen to listen to you. We must truly understand what is good about the club, what we are doing well and crucially, what could be better. Gathering this information from our membership will allow us to prioritise the actions of the Board and will help shape the direction and strategy for the club.
With this in mind, we invite you to complete a member survey, covering all aspects of our club. This survey will be conducted by using Players 1st . Players 1st specialise in the customer experience within golf clubs and their software allows survey results to be collated and analysed thoroughly and professionally.
This survey will be anonymous, unless you choose to give us your name. We want to encourage openness and honesty in your responses please. The information in this survey is confidential and will be used as a management tool by the Board in order to provide enhanced service levels and an overall experience that exceeds your expectations.
The survey will go live on Monday 4th March 2019 and you will receive an e-mail directly from Players 1st that will contain a link to the survey and instructions on how to complete it.
Completing the survey will be straightforward and should take you around 15-20 minutes.
You will have 14 days to respond to the survey and it will close on Monday 18th March 2019.
This is your opportunity as a member, to constructively communicate with the Board and give us your honest feedback and ideas. The more members that complete the survey, the better, as it means we will get more accurate facts that we can then work with. Please do take the time to complete this survey and please also encourage other members to do the same. There will be three prizes drawn from the entries received.
In order to be fully transparent, once the survey has closed, the results will be analysed and the findings will be published to the membership. These results will then be used to help the Board create a clear strategy and business plan for the club, containing short, medium and
longer term goals. Further member consultation will be used to feed into this plan and once completed; it will also be shared with members, so everyone will be aware about the direction of travel and the club’s priorities.
Following this survey, it is the intention of this Board that an annual member survey will now be carried out each year, allowing the Board to continually monitor member satisfaction levels and measure progress towards our agreed objectives.
